Tickets are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis, as per our terms and conditions. We understand that some circumstances may result in your plans changing, and therefore you can change the date of your visit up to 1 hour before your arrival time subject to availability through our Booking Portal.
The selection of dates and times you see will be based on the type of ticket you have purchased. You will not be able to move your ticket to a date for which it is not eligible i.e. Changing a weekday ticket to a weekend ticket date.
